I forgot my Master Password. What can I do?
Your Master Password contains the key that unlocks your data and encrypts your vault. It is only accessible by you and is never shared with or stored by RoboForm. As a result, it is extremely important that you do not forget your Master Password as it cannot be recovered. If forgotten, your data cannot be accessed (even by us) and you will have to reset your Master Password and start from scratch.
Resetting your Master Password does not affect any active account status or subscription but it will delete all saved data in your RoboForm vault. If you are sure you cannot remember your Master Password, then proceed with the reset process below.
Again, resetting your Maser Password will remove the contents of your vault and you will be left with a blank vault, so be sure you cannot remember your Master Password.
